We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Call Taker or Dispatch Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT). In this position, you will be responsible for receiving and dispatching calls for non-emergency medical transportation. You will also be responsible for providing customer service to patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and dispatch calls for non-emergency medical transportation
- Provide customer service to patients and their families
- Schedule appointments and coordinate transportation
- Monitor patient status and ensure timely arrival at appointments
- Maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
